A marketing centre designed to outlive its brief.
Conceived as a marketing centre on the edge of a 40-acre plotted development, The Earth was designed to stand as a testament to the client's legacy, and to be repurposed long after. Every joinery detail was considered for flexibility, so the structure could adapt to future uses beyond its original one. An MS-framed structure sits within a pool of water, with locally sourced CSEB running seamlessly from wall to floor. Drawing from temple architecture, the design uses dry-cladding granite stone, interlocked and held by concealed metal clamps, minimising concrete in favour of mortar-less, ancient construction logic. The result is a space built for longevity, sustainable not just in material, but in the life it's designed to keep living.
